• Automated access - using bots, scrapers, scripts or other automated tools to create accounts, harvest profile data or interact with members.
• Sharing another person's data - posting another individual's private information, screenshots of private conversations, or contact details without consent.
• Illegal or unsafe content - uploading content that is unlawful, depicts minors in any context, promotes violence, or otherwise violates applicable law.
• Platform interference - attempting to bypass security features, reverse-engineer the service, or disrupt normal operation of WaitForDates.

We investigate reports of prohibited conduct and may remove content, suspend accounts or cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.

5. Registration, Subscriptions and Billing Disclaimers

Creating a WaitForDates account and completing the three-step quiz is free, and no payment information is required to register or browse local profiles. WaitForDates may offer optional paid features from time to time; any such feature, its scope and its price will always be disclosed clearly before you are asked to pay, and nothing is charged without your explicit action to purchase it.

Where a paid feature involves a recurring subscription, renewal terms and cancellation instructions will be presented at the point of purchase, and you remain responsible for canceling through your account settings or the relevant payment provider before a renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
